Recommended Use:
Adults 19 years and older: take 1 scoop 1 time per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take 2-4 hours prior to exercise. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Mix product in enough liquid (water, juice, etc.) to ensure that the powder is drinkable immediately before consumption.
Recommended Duration of Use:
