Supplement Facts Panel & Usage

Recommended Use:

Adults (18 years and older): 1 Serving 1 time per day. Mix 1 serving (1 serving = 1/2 scoop = 9 g) in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice etc.) immediately before consumption. Stir well and drink immediately.


Take 1 serving, once daily. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have cardiovascular disease or hypertension, if you have a heart, vessel or blood pressure condition, diabetes, prostate disorders or are taking prescription medication or acetylcholinesterase inhibitors. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or overactive bladder syndrome (detrusor instability), or if you have liver or kidney disease, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have high cholesterol, or if you are taking any other medications or natural health products, as black pepper/piperine may alter their effectiveness. Do not consume if you are taking decongestant-containing cold preparations (i.e. phenylephrine or pseudoephedrine), products containing ephedra or ephedrine, or other medications which increase blood pressure. Avoid taking with health products or foods that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate, bitter orange extract, synephrine, ocotopamine, ephedra, ephedrine). Consumption with caffeine-containing products is not recommended as it may increase the risk of adverse effects. Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if those symptoms occur. If you experience dizziness, weakness, muscle cramping, heart palpitations, hypertension, increased sweating, blurry vision and/or gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or excessive salivation, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep.

Reduce the dose if flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin occurs. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
