Contest Overview:

The TC Nutrition Inc. Golden Scoop Contest (the "Contest") is a promotional event where customers have the opportunity to win exciting prizes by finding a golden scoop in their Batch 27 pre-workout. Winners must follow the instructions provided on the accompanying card inside the pre-workout packaging.

Eligibility:

1. The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

2. Employees of TC Nutrition Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:

1. Purchase a Batch 27 pre-workout from TC Nutrition Inc. or authorized resellers.

2. Look for the golden scoop inside the pre-workout container.

3. Follow the insert card instructions that accompany the golden scoop.

Prize Details:

1. The golden scoop entitles the finder to a prize.

2. Winners must follow the instructions on the card found inside the pre-workout packaging to claim their prize.

Prize Claim:

1. Winners must follow the instructions provided on the card to claim their prize.

2. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

3. TC Nutrition Inc. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

Contest Period:

The Contest begins on February 1st, 2024 and ends on August 31st, 2024, 11:59pm CST. All entries must be received by August 31st, 2024, 11:59pm CST (the "Contest Period").

Winner Selection:

1. Winners will be determined by the presence of the golden scoop inside the pre-workout container.

2. Odds of winning depend on the number of Batch 27 pre-workout products sold.

Winner Notification:

1. Winners will be notified using the contact information provided during the purchase.

2. If a winner cannot be contacted within [number] days of the draw, an alternate winner may be selected.
